The garden contains hundreds of heritage roses, fruit trees, and annual and perennial cottage plants. The garden has been developed organically with allowance for additional purchases. A grass tennis court is surrounded by climbing roses and framed by a large Moreton Bay Fig tree that is over a century old. The garden offers views of Blackwood valley and the vineyard.

DIRECTIONS:

From SW Hwy, turn into Steere Street. Before Clovers store, turn right into Gifford Rd. Continue to Greys Hill Rd and down to the river valley. Turn left into Mattamattup St. Then right into Doust St. Continue past the Sunnyhurst Chalets to Sunnyhurst Winery at the top of the hill (If you go another 100 metres to the cul-de-sac there is a magnificent view of the valley)
